Waiting for new study material and not getting it

I registered with Intec in 2014 for the Bookkeeping to Trial balance course. I wrote 2 subjects, but I still have 2 subjects left. I got pregnant in 2014 that is why I couldn't complete the whole course as planned within 2 years.<br> I have confirmed with the ICB that the study material for Payroll and Monthly SARS Returns and Computerised Bookkeeping has changed. These are the two subjects I still have left. I have requested new study material from Intec on 15 February 2016 and received a case number..***5...my student number is ***.<br> I phoned on 29 February 2016 to follow up and again today, 15 March 2016 to follow up. On both occasions I was told that there is no feedback and that they are waiting for the supplier. I will receive an email. I haven't received anything. I would like to get my new study material as soon as possible so that I can complete my course. <br> I feel that Intec doesn't see this as urgent and when I phone I only get a standard and evasive answer. They are quick to deduct their debit order, but when it comes to students service they don't care.
