WAITING FOR A CANCELLATION AND REFUND FOR 8 MONTHS!!!

<p>I have app**** for a cancellation of my course 8 months ago, due to lack of service. It heard back 3 months later saying that if I wanted to cancel then I would need to pay +- R12000. Which is absolutely ridiculous since I got no service for that money. So I appealed and have not heard back since October. </p> <p>This is appalling!! I need someone who will actually help me and not keep telling me that it's being looked because it's clearly not being looked at. My next step is going to the CEO of intec and then the small claims court! </p>
