waited for the whole year for a REFUND

i app**** for marketing management at intec college in 2014 february to further my studies and they accepted my application but after a month of registration i was expecting study material as they promised me that they will deliver within 3 to 4 weeks after registration. when i call to find out about the study books i was then told that the course i app**** for is not available(not offered). i have asked for a refund so that i can use the money to register with other institution and they have promised to refund me and they have asked me to send bank statements and my identity document and even today im still not refunded and its about a year now. i still wish to study but now i do not have money for registration and they waisted my time. i would have 1 year studying towards my Diploma. INTEC is just useless and SELFISH
