Very Very Very Terrible service

I finalised my registration with the college end of January, and they have started debiting my accounts for their monthly fees. I have kept my end of the deal but still have not received study material, while there is an assignment i am due to submit if i want write the June exam. <br> <br> I have called the consultant who assisted me with registration and she tried her best best referring me to the head office which is in charge of text book printing and distribution, and i have called head office twice in the last 3 weeks and still could not get a definite answer to this problem.<br> <br> The best they can tell me is that they apologise but have had printing delay problems (which is none of my damn business), and that they are trying their best to get the books to the students in the next 2 weeks. It does not sound like they fathom our frustration and how this is messing up our plans as scholars and customers to them.<br> <br> I have studies at UJ FADA and am also studying with Regenesys now, but have not had such bad service or such incompetence from an educational institution. i am almost up to my point of de-registering with them and wonder how the rest of my studies will be like if i do not
