Very unsatisfied ex student

I've been trying to get hold of intec for 3 days now. I need to get hold of a copy of my old certificate, but the consultants only work from 9:00-14:00... but when you call from 9:00 their line keeps saying it's overloaded and after 11:00 they keep transferring the call back to reception... please can someone in the right department call me back.
