VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We are struggling with Intec College since 29 July 2019 with a complaint. My husband had to re-write an assignment and the college said they will send him the assignment with the comments to do over and he had time till Nov 2019 to re-submit the assignment. We have not received anything yet and now his time has expired and cant do the assignment anymore. it has been 6 months of constantly phoning and e-mailing to get an answer. We paid the full amount and they promise a service to which they can't keep.
