They asked where the material needed to be delivered to, gave them the p o box as I don’t get deliveries to my physical address. I was asked for another physical address as this would speed delivery up. I gave my work delivery address. I was told that the study material would be delivered during the course of the week. I was given reference number: ********** 7

12/9 – I received an email from ********** stating that they have updated my info.

15/9 – I contacted intec as I had not received my books and wanted to know the progress. I have been dealing with intec for about 7 years now and the last two years have been an absolute nightmare. I have another 12 subjects and I hope that there will not be a repeat of the above events.

What happened with my mail that was sent on the 25th August?

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional, I am requesting that this issue be addressed with the utmost urgency.

Your response is urgently required.

Received a mail on the 20 Sep from Lameez - Complaints Resolution Officer -

I trust my email finds you well.

Please see attached the Complaints Resolution Form as discussed.

I will be calling the department today to get some feedback.

I filled in the form and sent it back.

I received a phone call stating it was being followed up.

on the 27/9 i sent this-

Hi

Please be advised that is has been over a week since I was told that my query has been escalated to urgent.

I have received a phone call but yet no definite date as to when this will be resolved.

Can I please get some finality on the issue?

It is also over a month since my money was paid – whereby your policy states 21 working days thereafter. This is unprofessional and reflects very poorly on your business.

I await a favorable response.

0n 27/9 i received this response from Lameez -

I am following up on your query and well as the manager in the relevant department and we do not have a time frame for you at the moment.

As discussed on the 21 September 2016 the manager has escalated it with urgency to the supplier and we are still awaiting the study material from the supplier.

We will revert back to you as soon as we received the study material.

My humble apologies for the delay.

28/9 - I contacted the EDGE bublishers to enquire about the study material. I was informed that the printing only takes 3 to 4 working days. MMMMMM - Fancy that.

I then contacted Lee-Ann at Intec as she is the one who places the orders. she confirmed that there was a back order that went through last week. She will follow up an revert back to me.

Lets see what happens.>>>>> Intec has really dropped it standard of opperations and for being an ISO company! Very Sad Indeed.
