Very unhappy

This has been going on for years now and I am very unhappy. I pay a lot of my hard-earned money for nothing. My daughter was unhappy when she started her course as they didn't offer the support they promised and submitted one or two things which were not even marked I have been sending e-mails up and down and they still have my money. Even offered for my son to do courses with that money but didn't even agree to that. I could go on but don't have enough space for that!!!
