Very poor service and communication

The worst communication ever experienced. The default password received for my student portal is incorrect. Countless emails and unanswered calls with no assistance or response. I have now missed my November exam registration deadline. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FOR YOUR STUDIES because at least if you owe them money the contact you.
