Very bad service they don't care about their students

I'm so disappointed in Intec collage. There communication and service is so poor. I have been waiting over a year for marks and they keep ignoring my emails. I started studying with so much excitement and hope. I feel like they have crushed my dreams of every finishing my co****. I went to write my last exam in December and was given the wrong exam. To date I'm still waiting to write and was promised I would write by end of January. I have sent so many emails and no staff member ever takes the time to follow up my requests. I always give them the chance and they start helping me and just don't ever follow up with the end result. I'm so tired of being the bad person moaning and emailing and not getting any help. My fees are fully paid for I have no outstanding bills. I'm actually in credit. Student number ***
