Very Bad Service

<p>i finished with my course about six months ago and since then i have been waiting for my diploma, when i call i am told my work is still on moderation and it could take up to a year for me to receive my diploma, so i am going to be unemployed for a year? after paying so much money? how am i supposed to apply for jobs or even a btech without the diploma? </p>
