very bad service

<p>i have registered with the school in 2013 January hoping to further ny studies with the College. After registering for National Diploma in Marketing i was then told that my study material will be delivered within 21 working days (3 weeks). i waited for a month without anything from them.</p> <p>i went to the schools to enquire about the book and i was told to phone the call centre which i did and i was told that the course that i have app**** for they do not offer and i was advised to change the course. i couldnt change the course because it was too late already, that was in May.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was angry and then requested to pay my money back which it took them about 1 year to resolve the query and i was charged penalties for their own mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>..now intec college has listed me on a credit beureu that i owe them an amount of R2000 and everytime i phone them im being told that they will call me back and they NEVER do.</p> <p> </p> <p>i now want to buy a car but i am being decliened because of the amount that i dont know about from INTEC.</p>
