Utterly Shameful

No student support which is in breach of their commitment to their accrediting body. The textbook that they prescribe for the course 'tendering s****s' is not available anywhere in the country. Yet they have taken all our money and do not reply to any mails regarding getting a refund which again is against the consumer protection act.
