Utter disgrace of an institution...

I can write a whole story, but at the end of the day, no communication, no sense of urgency, no support to their students, and they come across as no one in the company knows what their job actually is. Been sent from pillar to post in order to deregister, then they don't bother to send feedback, only when you are on the calling end and trying to get this sorted, feeling like we are training their staff to do their work, I mean this is an educational institution, students wants to achieve, but with Intec rest assured you cant. Even in email the Principal whom does not even bother to call or to send his apologies. I have been waiting for the refund, and they have given me a date of 27 December 2019, this refund payment never happened and on phoning again today, we'll should I say more. I need my refund payment immediately and there should be a serious investigation done into this institution, surely this is not the right way an institution should run.
