useless student consultants

Ddnt get all my study material informed a man named by Mags Gilbert and he told me that its not his job he'll pass on my details and ive been waitn nobody is gettn back to me, went online to chat wt soeof th student consultant and they just ignored my text if students consultans wont be any help who are we supposed to turn on for help how are we going to do what is expected coz money is being paid so that we get proper learning home material ..I cant study some subjects bcoz of th outstanding textbooks and can't assess my intec mail account for other important stuff!!Intec is sooo dissapointing!
