Useless service

I registered with this institution in 2022 for a para legal course, the service from this institution has been pathetic to say the least, you would swear they were trained not answer queries, no one responds to emails, the only time you will get answers is when you owe them money, I was meant to do another course, it will definitely not be with this company, there is bad service and then there is intec service or no service at all, I wish for this institution to close down really, there is no good that comes from an online institution that does not reply to emails
