Useless Intec College!!!!!

My original certificates got lost whilst moving. So in June 2019 I sent them an email on how to obtain re-issued cerificates. Luché Stevens emailed me and I made an affidavit, paid the money and sent it to them to obtain re-issued certificates. Then from Elizabeth Bernard I got the email again to pay and make the affidavit, so I sent the affidavit again. Then Jo-Ann Williams informed me they didn't get the affidavit, so I sent it again. Then Jo-Ann Williams informed me they got my affidavit, I must send my address and contact details to update the system, which I have done. Then again from Jo-Ann Williams I got an email stating that there is no attachments. Then from Jacqualine Hartley I received an email stating that the address I gave, differs from the one on my Affidavit (it's because I changed jobs and I needed the certificates to be sent to my home address). Then Angelinah Mashele asked me if they must send it to my home address, which I confirmed. Then Elizabeth Bernard sent me an email with a postal address I've never heard of, asking me if they must send it there, and I said no I don't know that address. That was in September 2019. I've been sending emails after emails, and until today, I still haven't received a response!!
