USELESS COLLEGE WITH UNACCOUNTABLE STAFF

My daughter has attended remedial schools her<br> entire school career, having completed a vocational \matric \"in 2015. As part of the vocational syllabus the school, Cedarwood College, offered courses through Intec College and my daughter did the Child Day Care Diploma.<br> My daughter passed all the tests and we have her statement of results. We are yet to get her diploma which is very important to her.<br> Having tried their useless contact center *** where you just get put on hold for over an hour due to their \"high call volume\", to their Durban Office where I was advised Nomvula would get back to me (which she hasn't), to the FINAL straw of dealing with their pathetic and unprofessional Mandy - (she refused to give me her surname and name of the CEO/Managing Director of Intec College), the sheer unprofessionalism of this College is overwhelming!! The School's vocational pathway as since moved to SA College and not a moment too soon. It must be noted that the school has also tried to contact Intec College with no luck, I have copies of emails which they have sent them (***) BUT NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES OR REVERTS.<br> CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME MY DAUGHTER'S CERTIFICATE??"
