Useless and Pathetic

I am a student at Intec College, I have been waiting for my N5 assignment marks since August 2019. I have been requesting my marks and their responce is they have a technical problems. Its frustrating because the personnel and student advisors are useless. 2020 I took a break from my stidies and I am still paying for my fees even though I took a break. I wish I was warned about the pathetic service the institution is providing for the students. When one wants to cancel the studies I was told I won't get any refund.
