Unprofessional **********

<p>I registered with Intec College on 24 May 2016. Then my father fell sick,I sent an e-mail to Intec college letting them know that I want to cancel my registration. I sent them my de registration forms via their e-mail and on 30 May 2016, I received a call from them telling me that they've received my de registration forms,and that I should wait for 14 days. Since from then, I've been calling and everyday it's a different consultant. Their website States that cancellations take 4 weeks to be processed. I've been calling and it's been more than 5 weeks ,without any response. I'm tired and all I want is for them to do what's right by me, and cancel my registration.</p>
