Unprofessional

Have been trying to get hold of this College for the past 2 weeks today finally I get a call from the accounts department to make an arrangement that my account will be paid in full at the end of the month. The guy gave me head offices number to ask if they will release my results before I pay I then ask him will they mark them he has advised me that they will they will just not release my results. I phone them to ask them they told me no it won’t even be marked so I asked what happens if it gets lost she told me it won’t which it happened the previous time I sent the assignments in the first time and I only realized when I received the others back to be redone. She was so unprofessional that she just put the phone down and didn’t give me an answer just let me hold the line. This is really unacceptable I am not happy at all with this unprofessional behavior I know I need to pay a small amount which will be done but the least she could have done is to give me the reassurance that they won’t go missing that was all I wanted not for the person to act so childish
