Unhappy student

<p>I registered with Intec college for two subjects, I deposited R1000 as my registration fee, on that day of registration I was told I just need to submit assignments then register for examination later. To my surprise I receive an email from them last week say I no longer have to submit assignments they are now regarded as self assessments, I now have to write control tests at a fee of R450 per test plus register for examination at a fee of R900 per subject. What's even worse is that the money needs to be paid in before the 18 August, I wasn't going to have a problem if such information was raised when I went to register, this is not what I signed up for and I'm so disappointed. Where do they think I'm going to get R3600 on such a sort notice, I won't even be allowed to unregister please help.</p>
