unhappy student

I have never been so disappointed with a college like this , service is really bad and no one seems to know their job . I studied with institute in 2015 wrote my exams in November paid everything tried to get hold of them for my results for over 2 years no word from them . when I was still studying with they used to remind me to pay but they forget to send my results . I spoke to many consultants to assist including the guy named Suliman who was happy to pass the bug to the other department . this is unfair treatment especially for us student who pay our own fees and besides many job opportunities passes by knowing u studied something with no proof . Believe me when I say this institute needs to train staff to assist their learners .
