Unhappy, disgruntled student of Intec

I was due to write my last 3 papers on Tuesday the 4th of June, Thursday the 13th of June and Today Friday the 14th of June. Writing exams is stressful enough if you are busy at work but to turn up at the exam hall according to the schedule Intec provided and confirmed, to have no paper to write is ridiculous. I mean, you send confirmation om what day the Student is writing exams, surely you should ensure that the relevant exam is sent to the location? Let me backtrack, last week Tuesday, turned up at 1:30pm (as advised 30 minutes before i am due yo write) only to find out that Intec never sent my exam. No problem, they arranged for me to write the "missed" exam on Thursday the 13th. There was no problems, both exam papers were at the venue in time for me to write I go back today to write my final exam, oops no paper, when i phoned the call centre, oh no they cant send the paper again because according to the exam team have i already written it. WHAT???? Number 1- this is supposed to be a reputable learning institution Number 2 - i have to take time off work to write exams Number 3 - it costs me money to Call you to fix your mess Number 4 - it Costs me money to drive up and down to the venue only unable to write Number 5 - i have already paid to write this exam and hope that i am not going to be charged again for your negligence

I am so unhappy with the service and feedback received so far. I feel embarrassed that my company has paid money for me to do this course through Intec

Can someone please contact me urgently to find a happy medium to put this behind me.

Taking into account that once again i have to take time off work, avail myself again during working hours in order to get this exam finalised. Funniest is i am Doing Call centre management and what happened these last two weeks is not how to keep happy customers as you profess in your course. Maybe do the course yourself??
