Unfairly treated

In 2010 i enrolled with intec ,i was not working the person that was supposed to pay was my father,so in june unfortunately my father passsed away.and ive sent his death certificate to intec and everthing that showed that my father was no more but i keep on getting messages that i owe intec.how is it possible.
