Unfair treatment for many years!!!!

<p>This school expects me to pay for services that i did not even get.i have never not once wrote an exam with Intec but the way they drill me for their money Lord.in 2013 i was not working i asked for a payment arragment i was told i cant get it many agents called me iv requested to speak to the Tls in place or Suprvsors but none called me back to actualy help me out until i waited on the line i have been missed informed by agents in this company from collections and i told that Tl (female) i requested call recordings of agents telln me all their bull from 2013 until now the nerv of that woman to tell me they dont have i mean really which call center dont have call recordings???? I really dont recommend this school paying for somethn u dont benefit...one day i called telln them im willing to pay and want to study that same lady told me i cant.so wat i want to know is why must i pay if their agents told me somethn wrong and said i cant yet i called in early while my course was valid and was told i cant.i seriously need someone to attend to me and FAST coz ths wont end up well.this is ***** and have been given incorrect information by that staff i want those call recordings to prove iv been willing to pay and keep studing.!!!!!</p>
