Unfair treatment

Hi I app**** for a course and paid R10211.40 on the 16th of January. I specifically asked them if this is a national diploma and they confirmed thrice that it was. Only two day after they received my payment, it was confirmed that it wasn't a national diploma.<br> I then cancelled on the 16 February and was told via phone and email TAT time for cancellation is 48 to 72 hours.<br> I called today and was told another story that the TAT for feedback is minimum 2 weeks. I was also told that they can't promise that I will get my full amount back.<br> I just think this is unfair because I was mislead from the start.<br> I would like this to be sorted out ASAP.
