i registered (student number ***) last month with Intec College to study Ecd course and i have paid R1100.00 for registration fee they took two weeks to send me my study material when i checked my study material its the wrong study material then i went back to communicate with them but no follow up have i received regarding my query i'm the one who always follows them. after some few attempts and viewed other learner's review regarding how ill they were treated i decided to cancel my studies with them and ask for my refund back.now they are telling me of deduction that will be made.i received a message last week friday saying that my case number(***) query was closed as the college has completed my query but no refund.

please help me the college to give me my refund i want to use it to register with another college
