********* and ******* institution to the CORE

It's been over a year that I am waiting for my refund from this college. The branch manager promise to refund me, but never did. All documents was completed and forwarded to them for the refund, but no luck. As a single parent I saved up to study through them, but Theo and the rest have no shame to take hardworking clients money to enrich their lives and get a salary at the end of the month. I even send an email to the CEO, but no luck. My application didn't even go through system, but yet they come with so much lies. This are people who have families and children. My question is this. How do this people sleep at night knowing about the ********* things they do at work and their family think they the best at what they do. They take money from honest people to earn a living. No one ever came back to ask if I was refunded the money back, but I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT. What they do to so many young and old customers is WRONG.
