Typically black and indian owned... No one cares for the payer

Terrible appalling service. Today 3 November 2021 I went with my daughter to the Braamfontein Campus at Success House and was very appalled that when we arrive we informed her that exams started already and she was not informed at all, no email, no text nothing. It had to take me walking in with my daughter to fight about assignment marks that were also never received, she submitted a month ago and to date, no proof of receipt that they were received and no feedback on assignment marks nothing. Upon arrival, firstly your receptionist is there to watch Netflix and don't even bother to contact the consultant for assistance, you sit there like you have nothing else to do with your day or as if you do not work. She looks like she doesn't give a damn about her job. Secondly, the consultant dares to tell me that my daughter must write her exams in June 2022 yet I have been paying fees every month without fail and on time, so tell me, will that consultant foot the bill for all these months until June 2022 when she must write her exams together with the exam fees coz I sure as hell am not paying a cent once I pay these November 2021 exam fees!!!! So I need proper feedback and clarity on this matter by end of business tomorrow 4 November 2021 and I still want the head of the school's contact details. You people take advantage because you think all parents are quiet and cannot fight back, make sure I get feedback and something solid as this is not my fault or my daughter's fault, this is pathetic negligence on your part and you must fix this asap. I am not even gonna ask twice. Cause the moment I take a stand, things will not be nice at all so this should be my first and last time contacting the school and complaining!!! I want this resolved and I also want to see those assignment results together with the response from this review!!!
