Try for leadership in producing results

Since our daughter was 5 years old she has wanted nothing more than to be a mechanic, a phase I was kinda hoping she would outgrow, but as time passed by, her determination grew and I was extremely proud of no matter how much negativity she would encounter around the subject, she stood her ground. She will prove to the World that mechanics is not a career reserved for boys. So when her school decided to no longer have mechanics as a subject, her father and I made the decision to apply at Intec college, he paid in full at the beginning of last year for her to begin N1 mechanics (she wishes to complete N6). I got her a tutor as I did not believe the Intec assigned mentor was being of any assistance and as her parents we are doing everything in our power to support her. She wrote her finals at Richtec College November 2017. We have been waiting for her results since. I have made contact with Intec and Richtec, both pass the blame to the other. We are in March 2018 and we have yet to register our child for this year due to not having the required results. Our daughter also has a wonderful career opportunity offer as an apprenticeship at a World renowned car dealership, pending her N1 results. You can not understand my frustration as a parent to have my hands tied for 3 months waiting for results and neither Intec or Richtek taking accountability for producing these results yet both being paid in full, and watching your child's heart get crushed as another day passes her by and she is not able to fulfill her dreams. As a parent I would like to urge you, before making a decision on what is best for your child's future and studies, make sure you apply at a institution that has the students best interest at heart, I think it is fair to say that after the countless emails, phone calls and even visits to Richtek themselves, I did not make the correct decision when applying at Intec.
