TOTALY STRESSFULL AND "BACKYARD" WAY OF STUDYING

* Firstly, I never received all my study material; * Secondly, you have to use an email address given by the college, no problem, but if Im not even given the credentials then its a problem. * Thirdly, when I was to register for the exams I was informed that an exam fee was applicable. This was never explained that I have to still pay to pay to write exams. * As I was not fully informed and found the administrative processes lacking and I hence decided to cancel my studies. * Despite performing a cancellation (in Feb 2017) and already having paid over quite a couple of thousand rand to study, the incompentence is further protracted by ongoing phonecalls informing me that my account is in arrears. * When I decided to better myself and chose Intec to study with as they have been around for a couple of years and their qualifications were SAQA accredited. The efficieny and friendliness of the sales process was comparable to none. * I now get told by a collections agent to send an email at least twice a month to the cancellations department to remind them. I wonder if they know how stupid that sounds and further proves my point of inefficiency in their administeration. Probably because their students are leaving left right and center. * To Top the whole process off, they listed me on the Credit Bureau as a bad payer.
