This issue is affecting my career and causes confusion on my CV, which looks untruthful and unprofessional thanks to INTEC.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with INTEC.

I registered for a course "Gourmet Cooking & Professional Catering" in 2013 and completed the course in 2015. At the time my diploma was sent, I was in the process of moving and I was unable to pick up my award.

In 2018, I have app**** for a re-issue of the mentioned diploma. I was very disappointed to see that the newly sent diploma stated that I have completed the course in July 2018 and not near to the end of 2015. What is worse and even a battle now, is the name of the course that is incorrect.

When I looked for distance learning courses in 2013, I was interested in cookery to start my career in the restaurant industry. NOT CATERING. I've received 11 books for gourmet cooking and only 5 for catering, which makes the ratio for cooking more than catering as my Diploma implies.

I have phoned student support, student consultant and nearly everyone on the switchboard, because I was put through 8 times. The last caller gave me a number to phone " ********** " but upon phoning it "does not exist".

The only reason I can see that the course of my Diploma is incorrect, is because INTEC only has Professional Catering and Cookery available now in 2018. In 2013 they had a wide variety available and Gourmet Cooking & Professional Catering Diploma was one of them, which I registered for.

Can someone please listen to my story and assist me with this issue? I have been put through to multiple people and no one was willing to help me with this regard. I will not accept that my Diploma is for Professional Catering while I know very well that it was for Gourmet Cooking and Professional Catering Diploma in 2013. I am very frustrated that I need to prove that the course was available at the time.
