This college doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!

<p>I have had it with Intec. </p> <p> </p> <p>I started studying here at the beginning of 2016, the consultant was quick to contact me when it came to me signing up, giving them my bank details as well as paying my registration fee. Once all of this was over I was told I'd receive my modules. Over a month later my modules came, in fact a percentage of my modules came. I kept emailing and calling them asking for the rest of my modules but I was told they'd send it and nothing arrived, well this was just the beginning of all my problems. </p> <p> </p> <p>After not hearing from them for months, I received one exam registration form ever since I signed up with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Later in 2016 I decided I wanted to change my course, I emailed them in October 2016, the lady contacted me in November saying she will forward it to the transfers department, I was contacted at the middle of January 2017 and up till now I'm still waiting for a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's weird how they take their own time doing everything but when it comes to them taking your money, they have no problems with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have to use my money to contact a lawyer to get this sorted out. </p> <p> </p> <p>I advise everyone to stay far away from these ********.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called them today and I kept being put on hold every time I call them, emailed last week and still waiting for a reply although Sarena Daniels, the consultant was quick to email me when I was registering.</p>
