They won't send me my certificates.

I asked the people working there how do I go about to get my diploma certificate

They advised me to fill a form with my details and pep which is nearer to me I did

With my certified papers 06/09/2022 helped by the lady called Funeka Mafengwane

Secondly I did the same process with the lady called Mandisa Nkanjeni and I ordered her to reply me when she get the

The documents and details she rep**** on the 16/11/2022 saying thank you received

Up to date I have never receive my certificate if I call im posted to pillar to post until my money is finished

Iam about to reach my 60 years now and tired the service I got there is not well now the fone is not being picked up anymore

NB Iam not owing them even a cent please help me
