they unprfessional at what they do!

A month and a half i jointed Intec College, they assigned a agent to handle my paper work to register me as a student, the agent name is Vimala Moonsamy she is the most unprofessional person i ever dealt with she was no help. I had to keep calling her to ask her what do iI have to do to register to be a student at Intec College she took almost 3 weeks to just sent me forms that has to be compelted by me anyways when all that was finally done she told me after i made payment of R1778.00 i will receive my study material. On the 24 of May 2015 i made payment to Intec College Vimala than told me with in 21 days il receive my study material which i didnt , No one from Intec College called to inform me that the study material is late, I called them they said it on its way i receive it in 5 days and i didnt receive it again, No one called me to say it would be late, I than called them again after that 5 days and they still dont know where my package is the people that i speak to at Intec College is very rude and harsh, they gave me the tracking number for night wink couriers I called them and they informed me that the truck that has my package didnt even leave Cape Town its unexceptable!!
