THEY SHOULD BE BANNED & CLOSED

After 2 years, I've not been able to write any exam. Only a fraction of my submitted tasks are marked, NO ONE responds to emails, it seems no one wants to answer calls either because being '1st in line' still amounts to waiting 2 hours! I hung up. I've been trying to sort this out for over a year! 40k is a lot to go to waste. I WANT A FULL REFUND, YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL BUT YOU FAIL TO COMPLY TO YOUR OWN CPA. I'm taking this to the ombud and Dept of higher education.
