THESE PEOPLE ARE TORTURING ME!

On the 01/09/2015 an Appeal letter was sent through to Intec, Due to the fact that I am a single mum and UNEMPLOYED, and I don't owe them anything as I do not have any material which was returned as requested and they have given me a DISGUSTING Credit STATUS online. On the 04/09/2015 I spoke to a consultant in the Cancellations department and she reassured me that I will get feedback in 2 weeks from the date sent as they will be having the Meeting and thereafter the College will make contact with me, I have been contacting the college twice a week and the consultants have been asking the Team Leaders to make this Priority and there is NOTHING. NO CALL, NO EMAIL.. NOTHING! What type of College does this, Gives a \SINGLE
