The most pathetic service ever!!!!

Utterly disgusted by the service received from INTEC! Quick to call you for money, yet when they owe you money there is no answer!!!! Settled my husbands fees on the 5th August 2021. On the same day they deduct another instalment which should not have happened. After going back and forth the CREDIT DEPARTMENT advised that the money will be refunded within 6 weeks. To date (6months later) there is no refund or response to any of my emails or phone calls! If no action is taken i will take this matter further! No assistance during the course of the studies, but just miss a payment...its literally the only time they ever contact you! INTEC COLLEGE you guys SUCK!!!!
