The most *********** college

We have been going to Intec and calling them for the past 2 months(Since September 2017) and they have been promising to send us disks for Illustrator for 2 months but we still have not received them. we even sent a formal letter of complaint on 11/Oct/2017 and they keep promising to send the disks but we have not recieved them.
