My brother is studying at Intec for the Graphic design qualification . he has been trying to download the Illustrator disk so that he can prepare for exams but was unsuccesful. they gave him a disk for the illustrator and that disk wont play. we tried downloading from different pcs but had no success. he has been to the jhb office multiple times in the past few weeks but no one helped him. i am left with no option but to take legal action if this issue is not resolved before friday as i paid his fees in full but i am not getting quality service from intec.
