The most horrible college

<p>I am a student at intec : Student number : ********** 5151. ever since i started studying i never received communication from intec. I called previously regarding the log in for students consultant advised i don't need it. I cannot believe they are a college that takes peoples hard earned money and make empty promises. on the 8th March i called intec call centre speaking to tasleema and warren, firstly tasleema does not know anything. Warren helps and put a change of course form through. no contact after when the call got cut, they didnt even call back YET I AM A STUDENT AT THE COLLEGE. 2 weeks later i called surprising warren answers again, i then spoke to him, as a student advisor he gives no feedback whatsoever on the kind of courses, or and i asked if he could call back, he then used the managers phone but couldnt speak for more than a minute cause calling back is not allowed. I have then sent intec an email on the 14 April 2017 requesting for all money paid, as i wasted my time with this college, i will return their usb. and i want a cancellation for this course, i dont even want to change courses anymore, i just dont want to study with INTEC.. Today 20 April 2017 I received case number ********** 0. No contact from them yet... I have now made a stop order with my bank. no further money will go to them. I am absolutely dissapointed with the service you receive from this college. I mean my brother studies with damelin , they take such good care of students... But here we have intec which is greedy for money!!!</p>
