The most awful educational institution

In November 2017 I requested a course cancellation. The college promised to call me within fourteen working days to inform me about the investigation that was to follow my request. I did explain that due to an unplanned pregnancy, I am no longer able to complete my course. It is now January 2018 and I still haven't heard from the college regarding my cancellation. Whenever I call, the college is so conveniently offline. I got a call today stating that my fees are in arrears. I think it's so unfair that I have to continue paying for a course that I am not even studying for. The staff are *********** and rude. Intec college is a waste of time and money. Calling intec college the worst educational institution would be an understatement!
