The College is Stilling My Money and I Want It.
On the 30th of September last year, 2015, I registered for a Digital Music course with INTEC.

After registration, I was sent an incomplete course material. The most important part of the course material - the CUBASE software for writing and editing music - was missing. I was told that it was out of stock but would be sent to me the sooner they got it. I was patient with them.

At the end of March this year (2015), I grew tired of waiting and asked the college to cancel my registration with a full refund (I had paid R7000.00). At first they told me that I was breaching the contract and that as a result I would only get back 50%. I am also being told that I was given the opportunity to look for another course. (My choice was the course they had lured me to register for and not any other course).

I disputed their decision, at first on my own and recently I sort the services of the New Consumer Law (The DTI's Consumer Protection. The Richards Bay office of the DTI has sent some letters to INTEC but the college has not responded to any of their correspondence.

What must I do now because INTEC won't listen to anyone?

Don't you think this college needs to be blacklisted?
