THE CALL CENTERS ARE A CIRCUS

I paid for 9 modules when i registered,i wrote 7,didnt pitch for one,failed one,then i paid for 2 more modules,now they are sending me statements that i owe them,how.As per my calculations they owe me.I called the call centre,ive been sent pillar to post,IM SO ANNOYED!
