The Biggest Mistake

<p>Good day, my journey started with Intec in January 2016. It has been the biggest mistake i have made in my life.</p> <p>Intec does not give feedback at all, you can call week after week and still no feedback is given. Every time you phone, you have to wait on the phone for 10 minutes before you can speak to someone. Then when you explain the situuation, or in my case my frustrations, all they can say is that they will log a call and i can expaect feedback within 72 hrs. You can wait up untill 2 weeks and you DO NOT receive any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly,</p> <p>It was a battle to get all my study material!</p> <p> </p> <p>Intec cant give you assignments cut off dates at the beginning of the year or for the relevant semester, nor what subjects are available for that session. I get told that i must complete my assignments, and once exam registration opens i can registar for those subjects, so i did two subects out of the 8 i need to complete. THEN AFTER PHONING WEEK AFTER WEEK AFTER WEEK. I eventually get a list of the subjects that can be written in the July 2016 session, and ONLY 2 of my subjects are ON THE LIST. And the 2 that are on the list are on the same day at the same time. This is so ridiculous its unbeleieable. I contacted Intec once again, and i am still awaiting feedback. How can a person plan your studies, if your subjects are not on the list, i have no idea off how i am going to continue. There is no guarantee, that your subjects will be on the list. Surely they can give you a schedule at the beginning of each session so you can plan accordingly, just like every other college.</p> <p> </p> <p>The communication from Intec is pathetic. They are so incompetant its unbelieable.</p> <p>I have sent a request for cancellation 2 weeks ago. And i have still not recived feedback as perusual.</p> <p> </p> <p>My advise to everyone out there, you defenatly dont have to think twice. I am so Depressed that i went through this incompetant college.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
