Terrible Service, Pathetic Attitude

I have logged a complaint with Intec almost three months ago and to date have had no feedback!!! We have a settlement letter with proof to say that our account has been settled only to find out that Intecs Exam fees is outstanding. Firstly how did Intecs finance department send us a settlement letter with a zero balance and thereafter wake up from their deep sleep to realize there is an outstanding amount. I then have a terrible rude person by the name of Natasha call me and have the nerve of telling me to calm down after she assumed i was trying to avoid her call. I want someone to get back to me immediately!!!
