Terrible Service!

Hi. I did my final year of school with intec in 2002. I urgently require a letter stating tthat I was enrolled with the college and rreceived my study material in English so that I can further my studies as I have since emigrated. Intec has a policy that they delete records after 10 years (as one of the cconsultants have advised me) so they are unableto help me. They have acknowledged that I did study there but will not help me. This simple letter will impact the future of not only me, butmy entire family. I have been trying to ccontact them for two months now and keep getting different excuses from different people. This is unacceptable! They now do not respon to my emails.
