Terrible service

If I could give zero star rating, I definitely would give intec zero, I completed my diploma I requested for my certification in January 2022, in March they promised to send the certificate to me within 6 to 8 weeks, 7 months later I am still waiting for the certificate to arrive, I went to their offices at 197 pretorius street, Pretoria, the receptionist was very rude and wouldn't even listen to my query, she just told me to call the call centre, which I did, I was told by the agent that there are forms I need to fill before they can even process my certification, she kept interrupting me and telling me that the department that is responsible for processing it is busy withother projects, meaning my query of 7 months was not a priority. Now I have to wait longer to get the certificate. If you ever take anything from my experience, take this, never ever study with intec college, don't take your kids there, not even your pets. Their service is ridiculously poor, it is non existent. Stay away from intec college, if you don't believe me check their reviews across all platforms.
