Taken away my chance to learn

I have in-rolled into Intec to do 2 subjects over for my matric.Have payed R4025 on the day of the 23rd of January 2015. Up until to day I have had problems after the other. I am still awaiting my study material, their is assignments to be submitted and its been 2 months, I have threatend them to go to my lawyer, to the papers and hallo peter, well I am starting here. Every single time, they have a problem. So no one is helping me at this stage, I wanted to speak to their team leaders, managers but they are always NOT AT WORK. I am getting tired of this because I am realy paying their salary and I don't own anything. I have payed them up full for the whole year. So why is it so hard to send study material? Why is it so hard to direckt me to the right people? Why did youask me a lot of money I have paid you in full and now there is no respond of any kind. I have a online account registerd with them because you need to, since yesterday after my 100th phone call to Intec, I can not log on to my account any more. I am really fed up with them and I need answers by today! Because Intec is ripping away my ability of becomeing a school teacher! Something they are to lazy to do for kid
